It has happened many times prior to January 6th. No one was prosecuted then, so why now? Because it’s strictly political and nothing to do with seeking the truth.

The fact that legislators would use this for political gain and schools would use this as a financial game (teaching to the tests so they get an A rating, which gives them more money, wash-rinse-repeat). is a no from me. Didn't they learn something from the failure of the No Child Left Behind?
