Yes , I honestly don't see why anyone would be out on icy roads it's ridiculous to have school in these conditions. People need to think smarter not harder .

The fact that legislators would use this for political gain and schools would use this as a financial game (teaching to the tests so they get an A rating, which gives them more money, wash-rinse-repeat). is a no from me. Didn't they learn something from the failure of the No Child Left Behind?
