Commented "I'll echo some folks in saying if it were not for 89 Batman returning, I'd be much less excited about this film. Instantly goes from a maybe I'll catch it on Netflix to day 1 in theatres.. Alternatively, they could have just made a Crisis/multiverse film and I would have watched it for Keaton."

Commented "10 or even 5 years ago I might have said the DCAU. But by sheer longevity, consistency, and ability to reach a broader audience, I gotta give it to the MCU. DCAU depending on you you ask, has "Batman and Harley Quinn" as part of it's canon.. It lived long enough to see itself become the villain.."
