na way the usa are just testing the water to see what they can get away with, there are allegations of doping all over the world and in the USA itself, this is another way of poking a stick at russia, and just another way to shine a negative media light on russia

Hell No. Who died and made the Western Imperium G*d? Where TF does Ameristan get jurisdiction over the whole freekin' World? Acceding to U.S. oppression creates a situation that is orders of magnitude worse than the "evils" of doping.

For the same reason that Hannibal Lector should not be in charge of a "Meat Department"...there is simply too much opportunity for disgusting things to happen to innocent people.

The question is ridiculous on any level. What has it got to do with the USA what goes on outside it's own borders or any historical norm? USA as adjudicator on honesty and against cheating let alone doping in sports? Fox for henhouse guard anyone? USA as a nation of laws and justice? LOL

US is not interested in bringing peace in Afghanistan, they work towards their own objectives, i.e by facilitating the smooth running of drug trade that amounts to lucrative billions of Dollars
