na way the usa are just testing the water to see what they can get away with, there are allegations of doping all over the world and in the USA itself, this is another way of poking a stick at russia, and just another way to shine a negative media light on russia

The question is ridiculous on any level. What has it got to do with the USA what goes on outside it's own borders or any historical norm? USA as adjudicator on honesty and against cheating let alone doping in sports? Fox for henhouse guard anyone? USA as a nation of laws and justice? LOL
