The people stating that Rodgers over-inflates balls so he should be suspended too are forgetting one key fact. When he does it, it is BEFORE the referee inspects the balls. Once the refs inspect the balls, it's their responsibility to make sure they're within the legal PSI. The Pats did it AFTER.

If he's directing footballs to be deflated, even if he wasn't aware of how much it was or what the limits are, he has penalties to pay. 2-4 games would be reasonable.
