Barrett will probably be starting at some point next year. He's better.

Jones' draft stock was maxed out last season. Rarely does an NFL prospect exceed or match his value in consecutive years after being a top prospect.

I'm 50/50 as desperate teams tend to draft early, but Jones is the definition of media hype. He's got the size but with only 3 games, 5 TDs and 2 INT. That's a small sample, but comparable to the other 2 QBs on OSU's roster. He'll need a great season to show he's first round. Bosa has done that.
