depending on which kakashi where using he most likely wins because war arc kakashi was ready to kamui a fucking tailed-beast bomb and also used perfect susano against kaguya. also kakashi in his fight against the two strongest paths did better that sage jiraiya who fought three of the weaker paths

Kakashi would only win with DMS. Kakashi’s Sharingan is a double edged sword, & his power level isn’t on sannin level . Orochimaru has combated kakashi in the past and kakashi has lost. Also Orochimaru without his hands was able to take on Jiraiya & Tsunade who are above Kakashi’s level
