Saitama isn’t even that strong. A “god level threat” is a threat with the ability to destroy the entire world. In that sense Naruto has been facing “god level threats” since he was a teenager. I have more but not a lot of space.

So. What does that mean. He doesn’t always beat ppl in one punch. He didn’t defeat Boros in one punch. Also when Naruto was 19 he single handedly defeated an enemy that eats starts for lunch. Also he indirectly punched a crater into the moon. He also took a blast that destroyed a star with no damage
