From what I have read U of O and U of W are looking to bail also. Leaving what?

They lack strong leadership. Their schools don’t really care about athletics. Several schools are in debt. It just doesn’t seem like they have anything going for it right now.

We have now went from Power 5 to Power 2. The other 3 conferences will be under extreme pressure to survive in their present form.

Update: if Big12 would get both AZ schools plus Utah and Colorado they would rival SEC and Big10. Large media outlets which is what is working to survive.
