He already went through the system and it resulted in him being imprisoned for the crimes he committed in his own country. He can serve a prison sentence in America after his sentence is served in his own country.

This is no different from the State of Texas vaccination records database. Keep that private even if an individual receives care via the public system.

OMG. So many reasons. Not sure if it's mandatory but nobody wants politicians to access our private health. That's between us and our doctors. Also, something similar was done in the Adolf Mustache Man days and we know what happened then. No repeat please!
