You know he is the right pick, when the woke left immediately starts fabricating any dirt they can dream up of about him. Not anything new from them.

Nothing fabricated. His friend Joel Greenberg got 11 years for it. The DOJ decided not to proceed on Gaetz, but the House Ethics Committee was still moving forward. He resigned days before the report was to be released and since he is no longer a congressman he is no longer under their jurisdiction.

It's necessary considering the mandate Trump was given by the country.

He is the equivalent of the Merrick B. Garland, only politically on the Right.

No I do not like the fact our convicted felon and sexual predator president elect picked Matt Gaetz. I'm not surprised he chose someone who is under investigation for sex with a minor though. This is perfectly on brand for this administration.

All phony charges have been dropped. You can move on now. The lies have been nullified.

There is no reason for a person to have a gun that can not be registered. If you can't register it, you don't need it.

Guns should only be feared by criminals. Our justice system has protected criminals and prosecuted Hero's.

'ghost gun' is a term created to fear monger the public. before the GCA of 1968 almost all guns were unserialized. Serializatin rarely helps in solving any crime, it just tels yuo who the gun was stolen from. Self made firearms get used in less than 0.01% of crimes.

No where in the Constitution is a requirement for a serial number on a weapon. The requirement for serial numbers on firearms began in 1958, and only applied to licensed manufacturers and importers. Firearms made before the Gun Control Act of 1968 do not need to be marked with a serial number.

I dont see exceptions for ghost weapons in the constitution. "Shall not be infringed" does not include exceptions.
