Should lawmakers have the power to undo voter-approved measures in Missouri?

We voted them into office, they work for us.

Why have elections if our illustrious lawmakers take it upon them selves to blantly ignore their constituents? Next measure for a proposed amendment to the Missouri constitution is for the voters to vote in a law that lawmakers cannot change or do away what voters voted on.

Lawmakers seem to listen to big donors more than constituents. Voter approved laws are a recourse when lawmakers refuse to listen to constituents which should not be easily undone!

Legislature should represent the people, they are not dictators/nobles or something. If the people vote for something then it should hold more power honestly then anything they do.
