If you staff correctly & uphold attendance policies, there shouldn't be an issue. Unwell employees means non-productive employees. If you can afford expensive vacations, then you can take care of your employees. It's that simple.

There wasn't such a thing as sick days in the Army. You were told to quit being a female body part and ruckup and draw fire.
ReplyThe new paid sick leave requirements were another 'problem' that didn't exist and certainly didn't require more government regulation.
