You can always try to explain the sexual stuff to children and most will go over their heads. They will understand violence, which can be scary or traumatizing for them.

kids seeing sexual content at a young age would be confusing to them but seeing violent acts would scar them and give them nightmares

Streaming is definitely more convenient, but going into the store and browsing on a Friday night was such an exciting part of my childhood. Being able to physically browse new releases made the films seem even bigger and badder.

Personally, I'd still prefer to just own a physical copy, but I do enjoy the instant, widespread-access offered by streaming.
