The law stopping them from running is a cheap power grab by the democrats. And, unconstitutional.

Yes they had to do that to keep the radical left from further damaging our state. Vote the left out so we can get back to being America instead of a 3rd world country.

if i feel that stopping at a stop sign is not legal, should i just run it? The message that is being sent is loud and clear that knopp is sending, he"ll do what he wants. if i didn't show up for work as many days that he did i would be fired. the law is the law.

The voters have their say. We shouldn't be paying these people for walking out on their duties.

Walking out is not representing Oregon. Vote to express your opinion and make sure it represents your constituents.

Of course not. They knew before they walked out what the consequences would be, they need to buck up and face the music.

We voted on this, it passed and now those Republicans who walked out and didn't do their job want a "do-over". Well, boo hoo, this is the results of your actions (or inactions).

Of course not. The voters overwhelmingly said they shouldn't. Don't show up for work? Then lose your job.
