It's a far better location than the existing spot on Franklin!

This whole ill considered Central Area Plan represents the desires of the Planning Department instead of the citizenry of Bend. Any decision that dilutes their plan is a good thing.

Opening the space on Franklin from an ugly tire shop and allowing Les Shwab an opportunity to move into a more eco friendly site is the right thing to do. Remember this commission also put OSU Cascad

Move it out somewhere north or south of Bend. Schwaab takes up a huge area and 3rd St at the underpass just can't take anymore traffic, it's already become a nightmare.

They are ready have service center on both the north and south side of town. They need one in the center of town as well

It’s the same logic as alcohol. You can enjoy drinks and still own guns. But you should never handle a firearm while intoxicated!

Alcohol makes you make stupid decisions. The same can't be said about marijuana.

The 2nd Amendment says that ownership of firearms shall not be restricted.
