Too many people, too many cars. Four people meet up for lunch and each on drives a vehicle. Bike, scooter, carpool.

We are not very technically blessed, and as s result CANNOT get parking app to work. All it did was charge us for a space we did not use. End result, we NO LONGER go to Bend for ANY event !!!

So much money has been wasted regarding unsuccessful, trendy, parking technology in Downtown Bend. I do not anticipate this latest idea to be any better.

With too many people and not enough parking spaces, I can tell you the only solution. Another parking garage. Bend loves to waste money. You don't need to spend a million dollars of technology to tell you that. Stop Bend, Stop.

I got the passport card instead - online, no waiting in line.

Do you think this suspect should be allowed to keep his dogs as his case unfolds?

Exactly! This awful man should never be allowed to own animals for the rest of his life! Once an abuser, always an abuser. No matter that he is a vet. It doesn't excuse this abusive behavior, especially over tiny dogs!

I don't think he should get his dogs back until a psych eval is done and he's deemed ok to own an animal. I also think that your reporter's continued hounding of him for an interview after he clearly declined was appropriate or professional.
