I know we desperately need the snow pack for our drought-prone region; however, I am LOVING these Spring temperatures and am not missing the snow one iota!

As long as there are no new costs to homeowners. Increase other taxes that everyone shares...gas, alcohol, cigarettes, whatever. Just don't even think about trying to bleed more $$ from homeowners!
