I see drivers swerving all over the road because they are texting. Texting need to be done while the car is not moving. Hands free operation is not bad. My phone blue tooths into my radio.

Many people can't drive without a phone in their hand. Those people should not be allowed to have a phone in their car.

So govt saying you can't use a phone while driving because idiots will hurt or kill people is ok. But govt saying you must wear a mask or be vaxxed because idiots will hurt or kill people is just horrible and unconstitutional.?

Simple Adam, this is a legislative action, not an unconstitutional mandate. There is a difference, just in case you and Jackal, can't figure that out.

Hands free devices are available for cars for under $30, and one of my cars has one. They work great. No need to hold a phone.

From the very beginning we should have been addressing comorbidities (obesity, Type 2 diabetes, high bp, etc.) along with masks & social distancing. In Dec 2020 CDC said that 78% of Covid deaths & hospitalizations were in those overweight or obese. Perhaps over 600,000 may have been saved!
