It does not help the poor making work a requirement. Many are disabled or unable to work . I don't understand this country's focus upon work as being a requirement to secure food. We are moving towards a non-work society in the future. Work is a mean spirited concept.

Right now everyone is struggling and they make atleast 2x as much a year than I do. And many other residents of deschutes Co Maybe if they struggle some they might fight for what the people need.

If they are having trouble living on $111,442 per year then maybe they should lower their expenses. I would support an 8% pay cut though.

There was 1 that said no, 1 that stated that she does not need PERS. the last stated that he did not get one a few years ago. Yet he should should realize that a few years ago were we all were in a pandemic and told to stay home.
