Actually San Bernardino county is very low population density compared to other counties we get a lot of things here we have huge amounts of open space with nothing but desert and desert lands produce no taxes

If you live in your home for a long time like I have there won't be any prop 13 to protect your property taxes from going sky high so your taxes are going to go up like crazy. Like other states and then you can't afford to live in your home so you're going to be living in a trailer when you're 65

The density of population in San Bernardino Riverside county is relatively low compared to certain parts of the stated plus if you've lived in your home like I have for a long time you won't have prop 13 anymore to keep your property taxes from skyrocketing like other states
