If the job fits or it's higher paying, I don't care if im home 30 minutes early if I find a job in bend that pays $21 an hour vs working $16 an hour in prineville, you can't win me over cause the drive is shorter

Yes. It's a benefit and part of my over all salary package. If I don't use it and lose it, it's like saying, nah I don't need those 1000 dollars. In fact, I'm going to go schedule more!

When works available I work! Learned good work ethics from hard working parents! Plus, I'm a benefit to the company and am rewarded double time instead of vacation time per hour worked.
