I think not recasting T'Challa in live action is 100% the right move, that character is one that should belong to Chadwick Boseman alone, but why rob us of fun, and impactful T'Challa stories from the animated world. Star Wars (and What If...?) have proven you can carry those characters on appropriately with the visual & a different voice. Plus What If...? delivered something super special with this episode, I 100% want more of it & what a great way to let T'Challa's light to continue to burn bright! Show Less

I for sure think that T'Challa should never be recast in the MCU live action, that mantle should only belong to Chadwick Boseman, but from an animation perspective, if you could tell more T'Challa stories, that are this inventive and impactful you should, especially if you keep the animation as is.

I can understand the reasons why you would, and I think there are probably stories worth telling, but for me if it’s not Chadwick Boseman, I'm not watching. While I know animation could give you the ability to do, it’s rare for an actor and character to be so in unison, but that's the case with Boseman and T'Challa. I can't imagine nor would I want anyone else playing him. Show Less

they've pretty much all but said so already. the introduction of Dr strange in what if made a clear window in which the "multiverse of madness" can jump thru. they have shown us every possible "avenger" they could without coming right out and saying "this is the new team".

I am hoping it’s just for fun. MCU is going to t too unwieldy if they try to bring all of this to big screen. Too much of a good thing and all.

Yeah, they have so much going on.. all of the Disney+ series, plus Cheng Chi and so much more. Although, I would love to see some cameos if there's every a chaotic multiverse sequence.
