One of the things that's exciting, but also heartbreaking is we're getting to a place in the live action movies where we are moving away from those original Avengers stories. That's what makes What If...? so great, is while we move forward in live action, we can go back and visit old friends on the animation side. SO why not build a multi-versal Avengers to team that could take on multiverse problems. And if you're going to have some form of them, Nick Fury better be running that squad! Show Less

Whether you dig What If...? or not the idea of these one of stories is kind of cool. We have the live action space for all the crossover events and Avengers movies, I don't see a reason to create a multiversal Avengers. I'd rather see the show come up with unique one off stories that can live in their own universes. If anything I'd rather see the continuation of some of the stories, but I don't need a cross universe team up here. Show Less

they've pretty much all but said so already. the introduction of Dr strange in what if made a clear window in which the "multiverse of madness" can jump thru. they have shown us every possible "avenger" they could without coming right out and saying "this is the new team".

Yeah, they have so much going on.. all of the Disney+ series, plus Cheng Chi and so much more. Although, I would love to see some cameos if there's every a chaotic multiverse sequence.
