A few months ago there were 15 boxes returned from there, they knew there was more. They asked for them, he did not comply. They were just taking back what he stole.

Why I voted was, these non violent convictions is taking up space in the prison system that could be used for violent crimes..its sad that you get less time for rape than possession of Marijuana.
