Considering what Mark (and Reggie) inherited, they've done a fantastic job. Granted, there have been missteps (Flynn, Ponder, etc.), but overall, they're doing things right and are building a solid core of young, talented players. I tend to agree with the pundits who say they are still a year away.

This team has the tools to beat bad teams, they are better than Browns/Bears, the Bengals were a very strong outfit and our mentality wasn't right. The problem will be if we win these 2 but then lose to Denver with a bye week to dwell on the loss, it could crush any momentum.
