Mark Davis has no idea how to run a franchise, and he has shown that in the four years since his father passed away. Al Davis had his flaws, but at least he knew more about football than his son and just about everyone else in the world.

Considering what Mark (and Reggie) inherited, they've done a fantastic job. Granted, there have been missteps (Flynn, Ponder, etc.), but overall, they're doing things right and are building a solid core of young, talented players. I tend to agree with the pundits who say they are still a year away.
