All of our prisons are overcrowded. Non-violent offenders should be released into probation/parole or a rehabilitation program. Jailing them only increases chances of creating career criminals.

I know there are a lot of people in prison for things that they would now get a much lesser sentence. At least check those there and see how fair their sentence is for their crime.

I am okay with it. As long as they are sent back to there home areas
