Commented "Seems that Riley and staff know more about offense than defense. Not sure what to make of the defense, but I felt that the Pelini ran defense required NFL caliber talent, and it was much too complicated. If it's simplified, I think our defense can be a strength. I just have more questions on this side of the ball scheme-wise. Offense I'm completely optimistic."

Second argument is playing another game dampens the student-athlete mantra and the crowd support at different games, making the bowls completely useless...false, this is has been a great bowl season and much excitement...and come on, using the student athlete as an excuse? they'll be fine."
