Commented "While that intersection is terrible, I have been watching the garbage they are actually installing at AA/OO in Holts Summit...If people can't handle a 3 way stop sign, how is a roundabout going to help? Can't fix the fact that people don't know how to yield, are on phones. No real logic to it."
