I would find a new vendor for the baskets since $300/each is too much. Then we wouldn't need as many sponsors and fundraising efforts.

Why would anyone want to donate money if they are struggling to pay for food and debt right now

How about fixing the roads, lowering taxes.. No way our taxes should be spent on flowers.

Hell NO.. the money you take from us in property taxes and you can't fix the revere and 3rd street pot holes that have been there for a few years. TAKE WANT TAKE WANT. How much can us little people take.

I appreciate the beautiful flower baskets all over town, but, no, that is someone else's responsibility.

If you want to spend money on this town why don't you make productive decisions in the beautification process. Like useful trees and plants like herbs and fruit trees. Or if you're so set on flowers plant native wildflowers that reproduce every year.

City should pay, they aren't improving roads so why should we pay for flowers. I don't go down town because city prefers to cater to those who don't live here

Students should behave with more maturity, have respect for other's property, at 17 or 18, they should know RIGHT from WRONG. I feel sorry for the other students' loss of celebration for their accomplishments because of the few individual's lack of common sense and respect...

The punishment of cancelling the events for the rest of the school was punitive and Orwellien. This collective punishment is reminiscent of the PRC or the CCP not the USA. Shame!

Should of not punished all students, 20 kids should pay for the senior BBQ and not be allowed to show. I do agree with lowering the charge from a felony.

These kids couldn't celebrate 8th grade promotion because of Covid, now they missed out on another normal tradition like the assembly to recognize the hard work of a majority of students. Bend Lapine prides itself of equity of all students yet the life skills kids didn't get that equity.

How dare poeple not give a damn about kids. When I was a kid you would get cited or arrested for indecent exposure. Enough with this lunacy way of thinking, other people besides naked people have rights too you all.

I support self expression, but public nudity could create opportunities for perverts to harm others. I am especially concerned about children walking around nude with strangers nearby.

The word indecent is self explanatory! It's there for a reason and no one wants to see other peoples private parts! Keep it behind closed doors in your PRIVATE HOMES!

As long as they are not engaging in immoral activities then they should be able to wear what they want, even if they don't want to wear anything. I do believe that even a first time event of anything sexual in public should involve a serious sentence. Rights shouldn't be revoked because of feelings

Very few people look better without clothes, and I don't want to see it. However, based on history and human behavior, there is no better way to make it popular than to make it illegal. Alcohol prohibition and banning assault rifles are good examples.

As usual, people who most vocally proclaim their own freedoms are the first to object to freedom for others.
