HB 2682 will clarify who has the right of way (vehicles vs. cyclists) through intersections. This is incredibly necessary, especially where I live! We have lots of cyclists.

The proposed law wouldn't apply to all intersections, and further confused drivers and cyclists alike. It needs to be extended to all road intersections or not applied at all.

Paint really does not protect you if the driver doesn't see you... It is the responsibility of both parties to pay attention at all times... That will reduce crashes and make one safer .. basic common

It needs to go further. Marked bike lanes should extend through ALL intersections and enforcement should be thorough. As a frequent bicyclist and pedestrian, drivers have scared me more than once.
