E-books are more portable and environmentally friendly. I can carry many books within my e-reader and read them at any time or place.

I prefer the convenience and easy portability. Feel the same way about video and music (streaming vs. physical products).

I tend to binge read books and read while traveling. I can size the print and put them on my iPad, thus saving space, though I do miss the books in my den/library.

My eyes are not as good as they used to be and e-books allow me to listen to the books I like.

I prefer audio downloads, CDs, ebooks in that order. I've tried to get the library to get more downloads and CDs, but they don't seem to listen. It's much easier to have a book on a Kindle.

Because the library does not do what you would like does not mean the "don't listen." It means they are trying to serve many patrons wanting various things.

Traditional, please!

But oddly I'm starting to prefer digital for comics.

Driving anywhere in Bend these days is a nightmare. Planning commission gets a "F-"

(5) Why does north bound 20 exit to the right? This required a new overpass to be built over the new highway, only to dump you immediately into another righthand exit, using the other recently built overpass/cloverleaf interchange. Is Bend not aware of exiting on the left?
