the city needs to figure out a new program for pickups/returns before committing any $$...so many bikes abandoned all over Bend... it's a nightmare

(5) Why does north bound 20 exit to the right? This required a new overpass to be built over the new highway, only to dump you immediately into another righthand exit, using the other recently built overpass/cloverleaf interchange. Is Bend not aware of exiting on the left?
