Actually the 3% should have a basis. It is a tax that is compounding. There is no basis for the 3%. Each year property increases valuation +3%. Next year it is taxed at the new valuation +3% + 3% on the previous years 3%. And on and on. Do you get a 3% raise every year based on current income?

Our conventional schools are failing our kids more and more. The focus on DEI/CRT is growing while they are increasingly diminishing advanced programs. We need more flexibility to make the entire system better.

Oregon needs school choice or voucher program. These past two years have shown us the ODE & Gov. Brown do NOT have our kids best interest at heart. how can eliminating grad requirements be good for our kids, schools, or education system? The $ should follow the kid. Period.

It should be unlimited. Public schools are nothing more than indoctrination centers. The public system is broke, inefficient and too costly.

The likelihood of seeing any law enforcement officer at anytime while driving-drunk or sober-is extremely unlikely. It leads me to ask just what do our officers do? If an incident occurs you’ll many officers from various jurisdictions sitting around doing absolutely nothing.Bureaucracy at work.
