Kids spend way too much time on phones. They need to concentrate on reading, writing and arithment which schools need to go back to teaching. I believe social media has harmed our children.

Obviously, phones are addictive and kids having them in the classroom - when they should be paying attention to what is being taught - will make them stupid!! Many are slaves to their phones and they are a major distraction in classrooms.

This type of tax will always be passed on to we consumers. Oregonians already pay an income tax. It's another heavy burden on Oregon consumers that will be passed on to us - the increased costs is nothing but a hidden tax.

This is a sneaky way to get sales tax in place and will add as much as 15% to the consumer's cost for retail purchases.

It's a hand out to the rich who can afford to live here only 200 days out of the year.
