I've only seen one restaurant with seated customers while picking up takeout - the W in NWX. It had very few inside patrons, but many more out on their patio. Social distancing seemed to be honored.

It’s the same logic as alcohol. You can enjoy drinks and still own guns. But you should never handle a firearm while intoxicated!
