I can definitely see both pros and cons. I do worry that it will be abused, and I personally think that it should only apply to full-time employees. (edited

Still working at 65 and this is something I will never use and yet I have to pay into it. It should be a choice, not mandatory.

(5) Why does north bound 20 exit to the right? This required a new overpass to be built over the new highway, only to dump you immediately into another righthand exit, using the other recently built overpass/cloverleaf interchange. Is Bend not aware of exiting on the left?
