Treatment Centers should have beds available any time someone asks for one!! This could be a good in between phase if they help get the people into treatment!

I'm for it, especially since it won't cost me more in homeowner taxes. Funds coming from grants and "community partners" is a good way to fund it vs. taxing homeowners more. It's a win-win.

There needs to be more emphasis on treatment against punishment for drug offenders and it's wrong to treat the mentally ill like typical, bad criminals.

Absolutely not. The Constitution gives that authority to Congress, NOT the executive branch of the government. Trump’s actions are absolutely illegal and unconstitutional. But he doesn’t care, and has been giving Congress and the American People the finger for the past 10 months.
