Yes! It is easy to make my dog(s) eat diet food or to cut back on the amount I feed them to get/keep them to a healthy weight. Not so easy for me. Consequently, my dogs are healthier than I am.

I have lost dogs because the food I previously fed them was not good for them...I was determined this time around to ensure our new pups were better fed...the food is quite expense but worth it

We both have good diets and use good foods for eating.

Silly question. No one should do that. Pamper the pets, yeah; take care of yourself too.

My horses don't eat meat and potatoes, nor dog food. They graze.... and my dog eats dry dog food only. That's pretty well settled itself

No, because I can still afford food. Dog food someday

Exactly! This awful man should never be allowed to own animals for the rest of his life! Once an abuser, always an abuser. No matter that he is a vet. It doesn't excuse this abusive behavior, especially over tiny dogs!

I don't think he should get his dogs back until a psych eval is done and he's deemed ok to own an animal. I also think that your reporter's continued hounding of him for an interview after he clearly declined was appropriate or professional.
