I think allowing businesses to convert parking outside into additional seating is beneficial for them. It should be made permanent to allow them to have more space.

Not permanently. Just as long as Covid presents a threat - which could be another several months - to give restaurants more outside space for diners. Once Covid is no longer a major threat, I think the reduction in parking is more of a problem, so parklets should not be permanent.

Absolutely not. The Constitution gives that authority to Congress, NOT the executive branch of the government. Trump’s actions are absolutely illegal and unconstitutional. But he doesn’t care, and has been giving Congress and the American People the finger for the past 10 months.
