I think to develop land in areas where we can increase density, the city, county, have to step in to the land acquisition side anyway"

Mid rise buildings, townhomes and condominiums that are near public transport, and walking areas. Empty nesters and young move ups"
Commented "i think with autonomous cars in the near future, smaller parking lots and structures and community shared vehicles can go a long way to helping with density of living space construction.
