I think if we can develop downsized same neighborhood housing that appeals to the older homeowners so they can stay in their area, we have a chance to get them on board bringing new life to a neighborhood through mid level deve

Many of us want the same things when it comes to community and housing. But coming to an agreement on how best to do this will be the important part of the agreement. (This is my lame comment. I'll do more thinking on this question.)
ReplyMy vision is that climate change adaptations and racial reconciliation should guide us in the future. I seek to find people in JoCo who share this vision and apply it to housing and transportation issues, etc.
