Family first always. They are our support and love us no matter what. Jobs are important and pay the bills, but in the end it's family who will be there for you at the end.

Family is there no matter what. Jobs are not. Have to focus on job to make money to feed family. Family needs to be supportive of job.

I was faced with this dilemma in 1981 as interest rates climbed & construction took a downturn. Jobs dried up in my city. Moved for a position during my youngest's junior year of high school. Wasn't an easy move.
