Time passes quickly, but my days pass slowly. I am always glad when I can find something interesting to do.

Just wrapping up a four day music festival weekend filled with morning hiking, performing & plenty of new experiences - seemed to last a month. Ordinarily, time never drags, and there aren't quite enough hours in a day to do everything we'd like to do.

When I was a child, my mother told me that the older we get, the faster time goes. She was right!
ReplyThe older I get the faster it goes!
ReplyA busy mind is never bored. The years appear to flash by to me.
ReplyAnd the older you get, the quicker it seems to pass.
ReplyThe year is almost half way over and it feels like the beginning of the year was yesterday. My mom said that when we are older, time passes quicker. I didn't believe her until now.
ReplyI raised 3 grandchildren and 2 still live with my husband and me. I still drive one to school and home. At 74 I feel that I haven't had time to enjoy the things we planned on doing.
ReplyMy Time Seems To Pass Faster As I Grow Older Which Suprises Me Because I Thought My Time Would Of Slowed Down When I Retired But It Seems That I'm Busier Now Then When I Working
ReplyI believe if you have children, it definitely goes by quicker but once you are in your empty-nest syndrome period (like me), it slows down.
ReplyI have one of the busiest social calendars of anyone I know. I am 67 and still working because I don't want to get bored. My husband and I go out every night and always run into friends. We travel back and forth between Wi and Fl and will spend September in Europe. I don't want this to ever end.
ReplyAs I get older tijmes just zip0 by. That is why.
