The pandemic has taught me how much money I saved by no longer going to them which lead me to realizing how much better and healthier I am without alcohol altogether! P.S. Realized how much less stress I have by not going to that scene anymore too!

I can't afford to waste money on booze. I also don't enjoy being at a bar. Never did.

I don't drink alcohol. I hang out with my friends and family. I don't want to hook up with strangers.

I don't drink, nor do I get drunk easier when I do. I don't find drunken antics humorous, in fact I find most of it boring. If I am meeting a group, I will join them. But, I won't partake or stay super late. And I'll avoid/ignore the antics.

I buy magnets with pictures of the places we visit. With many kids, grands & greats there are always photos, etc. to exhibit on our fridge.

The souvenirs have to be made in the country I'm visiting, something I can use or give as a gift, small enough to fit in my suitcase, and not too heavy.

Sometimes. Always when my daughter was little.

Souvenirs are touchstones that transport me back to when and where and with whom I bought them. I encourage everyone to not only bring back souvenirs, but to display them around the house.
