Yes: We live in the Three Rivers area of South Deschutes  County and often ride the roads near Sunriver.  Our roads are busy w/RV's, boaters, trailers all heading to the High Lakes and skiers on the winter.  Many roads lack an adequate shoulder, forcing riders into traffic lanes.
