Absolutely, do not do this. It's ridiculous if you want to slow people down. Put in speed bumps but do not impede traffic and it looks disgusting. It looks stupid. You've already ruined enough streets in this town for bicyclers no more. Do no more use speed bumps if you want to slow people down

I have done and will do the same trips before during and after these horrible pandemic shutdowns that hurt This country much worse then the virus itself.
