I believe as employees, they would be better vetted and safe.

They are required to follow guidelines and are accountable to the company.

They should be independent contractors because they have their own schedule and they get to work whenever the want. They're not typically employees.

NO MONOPOLIES!!! They reduce competition and increase prices.

These monopolies are detrimental to the welfare of our country. It creates bias and encourages censorship. Oh, and it’s probably against the law which is something this administration seems to regularly practice.
