You have to have some safety rules. But like Shiffrin who skied yesterday in the parrallel slalom, it is up to the individual. She has previously not skied in that event because she felt it is dangerous, But she did it to help Team USA win a medal. Alas, they didn't, but it wasn't for lack of trying

No- the mountain seems to cater to out of control skiers and boarders who zoom dangerously close to downhill skiers, sometimes even brushing against them. Slow skiing zones are not enforced. Other resorts follow a "15 foot rule" which is the space that is supposed to be give to others.

Winter sports have always been dangerous. If a person wants to take that chance its up to them.

Almost all sports have an element of danger. The participant is always taking a risk from which no one can protect them.

You have to take responsibility for your own actions. We do not need or want the government or business telling us what to do or not to do!

If a person is willing to participate in risky sports they generally should shoulder the risks themselves.

When you engage in a high risk activity you have to expect that there is no guarantee for safety. The individual needs to accept the responsibilities and negative consequences of those activities.

Yes, and they are being ridden by young people. They should be cited by the Police for not being street legal vehicles.

Abso-friggin'-lutely!!! Bs don't pay their fair share due to tax loopholes and because they mostly acquire their enormous wealth thru investments that are NOT taxed, like income is for us peons. They also can pass their wealth on to heirs and there is no inheritance tax either.
